Return Policy

1. Introduction
This Return Policy describes your rights and our procedures for returning products, requesting refunds, and exercising your statutory right of withdrawal when you purchase from Styxreonhrax. This policy applies to consumers within the European Union, including Ireland, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the European Communities (Consumer Rights) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 484/2013).

3. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you designate, physically receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. letter, email, or the withdrawal form available below). You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
5. Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of posting. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit when returned by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you must not use the product beyond what is necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it. For food supplements in sealed packaging, we expect the seal to be intact. Products that have been opened or used beyond a reasonable inspection may result in a reduced refund to reflect diminished value.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened food supplements)
For food supplements, once the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal may be limited due to hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a product that is faulty, not as described, or damaged, you retain full rights under consumer protection law regardless of the withdrawal right. See Section 7 below.
7. Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, defective, damaged, or not as described, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and the Sale of Goods Act 1893 (as amended). In such cases:
- You may reject the goods and receive a full refund
- You may request a repair or replacement
- We will cover the cost of return delivery for faulty goods
- You do not need to pay for return shipping when the fault is ours
Please contact us immediately at partners@styxreonhrax.world if you receive faulty or incorrect goods. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. We will respond within 48 hours and arrange return shipping if appropriate.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:
- Receiving your withdrawal notice (for withdrawal within the cooling-off period)
- Receiving the returned goods, or
- You providing evidence of having sent back the goods (whichever is earliest)
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank or card provider processing times may apply; please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
9. How to Initiate a Return

- We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions if applicable
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible
- Send the parcel to the address we provide, using a trackable service
- Keep your proof of posting until the refund is confirmed
